If your order is incorrect or an item is damaged, please contact noteaallshades@gmail.com WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS (BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY).
If there is an error with your order through the fault of NO TEA ALL SHADES and the incorrect item is sent, the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered, upon receipt of the incorrect item (proof of receipt will be a picture emailed to me with specfic information)
If you do not alert me to any damage or errors within 3 business days, after 3 business days all sales are final.
